Strategic Account Manager 2024 Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to customer account management
  • Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key customers,

  • Clearly communicate progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
