Your day-to-day tasks as a Core Developer 2024 will include:

Code Development and Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code that adheres to best practices and supports application robustness.
Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Testing and Debugging: Conduct rigorous testing to identify and resolve errors and optimize application performance.
Contribute to architectural design: Participate in discussions on system architecture to ensure a balance of performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Document and Communicate: Maintain comprehensive documentation and effectively communicate development progress, challenges, and solutions to the team.
Junior Developer Mentoring: Share expertise, provide guidance, and support the professional development of less experienced team members.

End-user support: L2 application support for in-house developed applications
