Dynamic Billing Manager 2024 Functions

You may travel using a personal or company vehicle for company related work and therefore a valid private driver’s license and appropriate insurance for your personal vehicle are required at all times.
Manage the day to day activities of the billing staff, including setting departmental and individual goals and promoting and implementing changes in the billing department
Provide reports from the billing database to internal and external staff
Ensure all subscribers’ bills are correct and approval requirements are met and accurate before being sent to customers
Establish and ensure compliance with regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls relating to the billing process
Responsible for hiring, training and developing qualified billing personnel
Prepare development plans, policies and procedures relating to personnel as required Work with the Human Resources department to advise,
Coach, develop and terminate employees as required Coordinate pay issues among employees. Responsible for directory
Coordination with telephone companies, TEC Corporate, TEC of Jackson (TJX), and billing providers Telephone Company Issuers.
Responsible for overseeing communications with TEC Corporate, wireless carriers, and local number portability including porting requests. Monthly porting billing and weekly reporting to management.
Oversee online payment collection and validation.
