  • Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Support Work with hiring managers and the HR team to post job openings, review resumes, and coordinate interviews. Help us develop job descriptions that highlight our commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and innovative workforce. Participate in campus recruiting events and career fairs to represent [company name] and expose potential candidates to our unique culture.
  • Enhance the Onboarding Experience Help create an engaging, informative onboarding program that sets new hires up for success from day one. Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate with IT and other departments for a smooth onboarding experience, and be a friendly, welcoming face to new hires as they join the company. Conduct follow-up meetings with new employees to gather feedback on their onboarding experience to help improve and maintain a welcoming culture.
