- Design, implement and maintain DevOps pipelines and infrastructure based on stakeholder needs
- Create, manage and optimize cloud-based environments
- Create reusable and configurable templates and boilerplates to enable rapid onboarding of new projects and maintenance of existing projects
- Throughout the software development cycle to continuously improve
- Ensure systems are scalable, reliable and secure Design, implement and extend logging/monitoring infrastructure to improve observability
- Adopt and develop DevOps practices within the company Participate in hiring processes and internship programs

- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
